Unofficial results are reported as they are received from voting places following the close of voting at 8PM on May 29, 2023. All vote counts will be verified during the official count process, with the Announcement of Official Results being made on Thursday June 8, 2023.

Valid Votes Cast: The total of all votes cast for a candidate. Does not include declined or rejected ballot counts.

Declined Ballots: The number of ballots that were declined during the voting process. Declined ballots are returned to the Voting Officer by an elector who does not wish to mark the ballot and declines to vote. These ballots are placed in the Declined Ballot Envelope and are recorded separately from ballots in the ballot box.

Rejected Ballots: The number of votes rejected during the count. Includes ballots that were blank, marked for more than one candidate, and special ballot packages that were not returned before 8PM on May 29.

Registered Voters: The estimated number of registered voters, including the number of voters that were pre-registered to vote and the number that registered at a voting place.

Unofficial Turnout: The estimated turnout based on the number of electors who voted (valid votes + rejected ballots + declined ballots) divided by the estimated number of registered voters.
